About the role
Prodrive Technologies creates mission-critical products, providing highly engineered solutions in various technical domains, including EV charging with Peblar, while serving a range of markets. As a Marketing Advertising Specialist, you will set-up, manage and optimize our online advertising campaigns (Google ads, LinkedIn ads, Meta ads). In this role, you will work closely with our commercial team and our regional teams to align paid advertising strategies with our B2B marketing objectives, driving growth for both Prodrive Technologies and Peblar. You will also support our marketing team in online marketing activities such as maintaining the website and social media planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing ad accounts on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, Meta ads
- Using tools like HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to track, optimize and report campaign performance and spending's.
- Work closely with commercial team and regional teams to align paid advertising strategies with B2B marketing goals
- Support in online marketing such as website maintenance and social media planning
Profile
- HBO/HBO+ degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B/SEA or relevant marketing experience.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Team player, enjoys working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable to with high speed of change and uncertainty
- Takes ownership, gets things done and pro-actively drives improvement with a hands-on mentality
- Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken), German, Spanish, French is a plus
- Experience with controlling and optimizing ad budget spending
