What you'll do:
Working closely with direct teammates - our Business Partners, HR Project Managers, Learning and Development and other Internal Communication colleagues, you'll be instrumental in engaging our employees on this journey. Collaborating with external communication experts, you'll implement communication strategies that support our business transformation.

You'll report directly to the People and Performance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement internal communications strategies to support our transformation.
Develop text, video, image and other content in line with the communication strategy.
Create engaging content using multiple media and channels.
Support the entire communication process from strategy to implementation.

Your Profile:
As the ideal candidate, you have:

A HEART for connecting with our People and helping them get involved and engaged in our business transformation program. You will work closely with People and Performance professionals and advise on various internal communication topics.
A HANDS-ON mentality for collaborating with external suppliers, business units, managers and employees for developing and implementing effective communications using all media available.
Strong content creation skills and a creative writing style. You can express change and transformation themes in an understandable way, through various communication tools for various target groups.
A Bachelor's degree in Communications.
3+ years of experience in a communications role.
Experience with implementing internal communication and measuring the impact of the implementation.
Fluency in Dutch and English.

This is a full-time employment with a maximum of 40 hours per week. We will discuss together what a workable structure (time- and location wise) is to be effective for you personally.
